After Mumbai terrorist attack Maharastra’s home minister says,”Complete failure nhi hai security forces ki. Bade sehron me 1 – 2 hadse ho jate hain”.(“It was not a complete failure of security forces. In big cities 1 or 2 mishaps happens).
